Download the forms (MS Word or PDF format) & read carefully through the"Information for applicants" as it will explain more fully the application process.

Complete all the questions on the form (if you are married complete seperate forms) and email it to us or mail it to:

Youth With a Mission Auckland Central, Justice DTS, PO Box 68913 Newton, Auckland, 1145, NEW ZEALAND.

Write your name on the three reference forms and one each to a pastor, teacher or employer and a friend. They should please send these back to us themselves.

Send us your application fee. The application fee is payable by bank cheque in NZD or you can pay via bank transfer (email us for info). International money or postal orders cannot be processed.
